COMMON TERMS USED IN THESE RULES:
These are the official rules that govern how the Movable Ink Think Summit 2026 Trip Giveaway promotion will operate. This promotion will be simply referred to as the “Sweepstakes” throughout the rest of these rules.
In these rules, “we” “our” and “us” refers to Movable Ink. “You,” “yourself,” “I,” “me,” and “my” refers to an eligible entrant.
1. SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION:
This is an attendance-based Sweepstakes. Only in person Movable Ink Think Summit 2026 attendees will be able to participate in the Sweepstakes. Entry eligibility will be determined using the criteria in Paragraph 4 and the team will randomly select one (1) person to receive the prize outlined below. The winner will be the sole recipient of the prize and will not be able to transfer the prize or exchange it.
2. What are the start and end dates?
The Sweepstakes start at 8:00 AM on June 16, 2026 and end at 2:00 PM Time on June 17, 2026. This will be referred to as the Entry Period throughout the rest of these rules. Entries must be received within the Entry Period to be eligible. Any entries received outside of those dates will be disqualified.

6. How will the winner be selected?
The winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries. The name will be drawn live on stage at Movable Ink Think Summit 2026 immediately following the Movable Ink Award Ceremony.
7. How will you know if you’re a winner?
The winner will be announced on the main stage at 2:45 PM on June 17, 2026 and end at 3:00 PM on June 17, 2026. They will also be contacted via the email address used to register for the event.
If you are a winner, we may require you to sign an affidavit of eligibility, and liability/publicity release. If you do not sign and return these forms, if required, within the time period listed on the winner notification message, we may disqualify you and select an alternate randomly selected winner.
8. What if I am unable to accept the prize?
If the winner is unable or declines to accept their prize, Movable Ink will randomly select another eligible participant.
9. What other conditions are you agreeing to by entering the Sweepstakes?
By entering the Sweepstakes you agree and/or understand:
(1.) To abide by these Official Rules;
(2.) To the extent allowed by law, to release and hold harmless Movable Ink and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize won;
(3.) That Movable Ink’s decisions will be final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes;
(4.) The prize is non-transferrable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.
(5.) That by entering the Sweepstakes, you consent that Movable Ink may use your proper name and company name online and in print, or in any other media, in connection with the Sweepstakes, without payment or compensation to you, except where prohibited by law;
(6.) You have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data at any time by contacting Movable Ink at privacy@movableink.com. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You retain the right to access, erase, and restrict the processing of your personal data; and
(7.) The Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the state of New York, United States of America and the Parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Courts of the Southern District of New York in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes.
10. What if something unexpected happens and the Sweepstakes can’t run as planned?
If someone cheats, or a virus, bug, catastrophic event, or any other unforeseen or unexpected event that cannot be reasonably anticipated or controlled, (also referred to as force majeure) affects the fairness and / or integrity of the Sweepstakes, we reserve the right to cancel, change or suspend the Sweepstakes. This right is reserved whether the event is due to human or technical error. If a solution cannot be found to restore the integrity of the Sweepstakes, we reserve the right to select winners from among all eligible entries received before we had to cancel, change or suspend the Sweepstakes.
Computer “hacking” is a crime. If you attempt to compromise the integrity or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by hacking or by cheating or committing fraud in ANY way, we may seek damages from you to the fullest extent permitted by law. Further, we may ban you from participating in any of our future sweepstakes or contests, so please play fairly.
